No anonymous registrations
When registering for money4retirement.ca it is important that you provide all the information requested on the registration form. Incomplete or inconsistent information will result in your registration being declined without notice.
Respect comes first
It is almost needless to say that if we all treat each other with respect and engage in a robust dialogue this virtual community will benefit. The Ottawa Share Club and money4retirement.ca encourage everyone to both listen and share.
No membership fees
The Ottawa Share Club occasionally asks members for donations to fund Club expenses. money4retirement.ca does not charge membership fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ontario. You hereby consent to, and agree to bring any and all claims in, the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any action or proceeding arising under or relating to money4retirement.ca, whether based in contract or tort.

Severability
To the maximum extent possible, each provision in these Terms of Use and additional related Legal Notices shall be interpreted in such manner as to be valid and enforceable under applicable law. - please be aware that inquiries you have may take time for follow-up and resolution
- staff make every effort to monitor requests and to respond to them but at the present time it is not feasible to declare response time standards
- best efforts will be made but please be patient if your request takes some time (not likely, but possibly even a few days)
